Couple wins jackpot in Hollywood

BAY ST. LOUIS, Mississippi -- (PRESS RELEASE) -– A couple who plays together, wins together! Take it from Glenn and Debra Bunch from Slidell, Louisiana who won $156,068 last month playing Caribbean Stud at Hollywood Casino Bay St. Louis. Actually, it was Glenn who was dealt the jackpot winning Royal Flush in Clubs.

Bunch won both the progressive jackpot and the hand, which paid 100 to 1 on his third $5 hand. Not bad for an $18.00 investment. The dealer opened up with deuces with Bunch seated in the forth position among two other players. "I have all clubs," said Glenn, as he pushed aside the ten of clubs to reveal an Ace of clubs. "You have the big one!" exclaimed another player.

This is the first time the Caribbean Poker Jackpot has been hit since Hollywood Casino, formerly Casino Magic, reopened in late August. Today, the progressive jackpot is more than $52,000 and climbing.

The Hollywood Casino is open 24-hours, seven days-a-week with more than 900 of the latest slots, 20 unique table games and a six-table poker room. Hollywood Casino and Hotel offer 291 guest rooms and three restaurants, including Tuscany Steaks and Seafood, Jackpot Java, and the all new Epic Buffet. The Bridges Golf Course, the state's only Arnold Palmer Golf Course opened last month and the Bridges Grill is under renovation and will open later this year. The fully renovated casino operation is a land-based facility with 17,000 square feet of function space and nine private meeting rooms.
