Country artists team up at Hard Rock Tulsa2 November 2017(PRESS RELEASE) -- Country's own Sammy Kershaw, Aaron Tippin and Collin Raye are presenting "Roots & Boots" at The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Tulsa on 28 December. Tickets start at $35 and go on sale 9 November. The trio will bring dozens of their own songs to the stage, showcasing a special blend of classic country. Kershaw has continued to be one of the most consistent power-hitters in country music. He made his impact with several platinum albums that include hits like "She Don't Know She's Beautiful," "I Can't Reach Her Anymore," "National Working Woman's Holiday," "Love Of My Life" and "Cadillac Style," among many more. In addition to making music, the Louisiana native created the Sammy Kershaw Foundation in an effort to improve the lives of children. The foundation has donated more than $2 million to help aid children's charities, including the Make A Wish Foundation. Tippin has been cranking out hits for more than 25 years. He became a familiar name on the Billboard charts with singles like "You've Got To Stand For Something," "There Ain't Nothin' Wrong With The Radio," "My Blue Angel," "Workin' Man's PhD" and more. Tippin is also known for his song "Where The Stars and Stripes and Eagle Fly," a song that became part of the American soundtrack during the aftermath of 9/11. He's also had several successful partnerships, including with restaurant chain Cracker Barrel for the release "He Believed" and with Stonehaus Winery to produce Aaron Tippin Country Jam, a Barrel Selected Blackberry wine. Raye has stayed busy in his career with 24 Top 10 records and 16 No. 1 hits and has been a 10-time Male Vocalist of the Year nominee (five CMA and five ACM). His songs like "Love, Me," "In This Life," "My Kind of Girl," "That's My Story" and others have inspired many. He's also known for his charitable contributions to numerous organizations. He received the Country Radio Seminar's 2001 Humanitarian of the Year award and established The Haley Bell Blessed Chair Foundation in 2010 with his daughter to honor his granddaughter's memory. The foundation supports and assists families of the cognitively and physically disabled. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is located off Interstate 44 at exit 240.
