Cosmopolitan arrival to add pressure on room numbers16 August 2010LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- The Cosmopolitan will open in December and add 2000 rooms to an already struggling market in Las Vegas, Reuters reported. Strip hotels will feel the presence of these new rooms and revenue may be impacted, the report suggested. The number of rooms in Las Vegas has risen 5.3 per cent compared to last year, Reuters said. |
