Construction starts on Cape Verde casino

CAPE VERDE -- Construction has begun on a $283-million casino project on the island of Cape Verde, GGRAsia reported.

The casino is being developed by Macau Legend Development, the report said.

The project has been given a 25 year casino licence and will include hotels, a casino, a convention centre and a marina, GRRAsisa reported.
