Committee Won't View Sullivan Casino Proposal

ALBANY, New York – As reported by the New York Record: "…Sullivan's casino committee met yesterday for a total of five minutes and decided to allow the machinations in Albany take their course over the governor's proposal for one Sullivan casino.

"'We have already voted one time to support the concept,' Casino Committee Chairman Jonathan Rouis said yesterday.

"…Rouis said the county expects the bill to change significantly, but local lawmakers like what they're hearing out of Albany…"
