Comedian Bill Engvall comes to Blue Chip for two shows7 September 2017(PRESS RELEASE) -- Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum-selling recording artist and comedian Bill Engvall comes to Blue Chip Casino, Hotel & Spa in Michigan City, Indiana, on Saturday, 7 October for 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. shows in the Stardust Event Center. Tickets, starting at $40, go on sale 9 September at ticketmaster or the Blue Chip Gift Box. Guests must be 21 or older, with a valid state or government issued photo ID. Engvall has appeared in numerous comedy concerts and films, including the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, a CMT special with comedians Jeff Foxworthy and Larry the Cable Guy and 10 comedy albums. His first album, Here's Your Sign, was certified platinum and his second album, Dorkfish, was certified gold. He has hosted and starred in numerous TV shows, including his own sitcom, "The Bill Engvall Show," which ran for three seasons on TBS, the game show LINGO for Game Show Network, Country Fried Videos and Mobile Home Disaster for Country Music Television. In addition to appearances on "The Tonight Show" and "The Late Show with David Letterman," Engvall has made guest appearances on TV shows such as "Designing Women," "Delta," "The Jeff Foxworthy Show," "Hawthorne" and "Last Man Standing." His work in film includes "Strawberry Wine," "Bed and Breakfast," "Delta Farce" and "The Neighbor." Engvall has written three books: "You Don't Have to Be Dumb to be Stupid" (1997), "Here's Your Sign" (2005) and his autobiography, "Bill Engvall - Just a Guy: Notes From a Blue Collar Life."
