Colorado Casinos' Numbers Dip21 January 2004COLORADO – As reported by the Rocky Mountain News: "The floundering economy finally caught up to Colorado casinos. "The state's casino industry reported a 3 percent revenue decline during 2003 - the first annual dip in the industry's 12-year history. "Casinos in Cripple Creek, Black Hawk and Central City netted $698.3 million in revenues last year, compared with $719.7 million in 2002, according to figures released Tuesday by the Colorado Division of Gaming.
