Colorado Casino Revenues Up

COLORADO – As reported by the Denver Post: "Colorado's mountain casinos started the year with a bang, on Thursday reporting increased revenue for January.

"Casinos statewide last month raked in more than $60.1 million in adjusted gross proceeds, defined as the amount wagered by bettors minus payouts.

"That number is up slightly from the $59.7 million casinos generated in December, and up 3.5 percent from the $58.1 million the industry recorded during January 2004…"
