Club Cal-Neva Signs with VirtGame

23 November 2004

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- VirtGame Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: VGTI), a provider of innovative software solutions to the regulated gaming industry, announced today that Club Cal-Neva has contracted to install VirtGame's Sports Bet Express ("SBX") in all Cal-Neva Race and Sports Book locations. Cal-Neva operates the race and sports books in twenty-one casinos throughout the State of Nevada. Sports Bet Express is the first and only sports wagering route in Nevada.

Through the employment of its SBX networked kiosks, located in casinos and taverns throughout Nevada, VirtGame Corp., brings players and casinos together by permitting players to access their casino sports wagering accounts remotely. The SBX kiosk allows players to place bets on a variety of sporting events taking place around the world. Players can also check their account histories and balances, review pending bets and check scores and lines.

Today's Agreement grants VirtGame the exclusive right to integrate Club Cal-Neva Sports Books into VirtGame's SBX system. As a result SBX customers will be able to open wagering accounts at the Club Cal-Neva Casino in Reno, as well as twenty additional casinos throughout Nevada where Cal-Neva operates its Sports Book. And by joining the SBX network Club Cal-Neva offers its customers increased gaming options and the benefit of convenient sports books access throughout the entire SBX network.

"In order to better serve our SBX clients and sports book players VirtGame is committed to expanding our SBX network and, through the addition of Cal-Neva Race and Sports Book, one of the premier sports books in the industry, we have taken a great step towards that goal," stated Mark Newburg, President and Chief Executive Officer of VirtGame, Corp. "We will continue to build on our alliances to offer the best sport books to our customers and to afford them increased access to their accounts."

According to Jeff Siri, President of Club Cal-Neva, "I am confident that Cal-Neva's participation in the VirtGame's Sports Bets Express will assure our customers the best race and sports books experience. Cal-Neva has employed VirtGame's sports and race book management system since August. We are extremely pleased with the performance of the system and the excellent service we have received from VirtGame -- joining the SBX network is the next logical step in our relationship with VirtGame."

In August Cal-Neva integrated VirtGame's PrimeLine Management System into its sports book. The PrimeLine System is a state-of-the-art Window's based management system, which consists of the software and hardware necessary to run a race and sports book. The benefits of the SBX network are enhanced by the PrimeLine Management System.

Cal-Neva operates the race and sports books in the Club Cal-Neva Casino in Reno as well as twenty other locations including the Atlantis Resort Casino, Bonanza Casino, Golden Phoenix Hotel Casino, Gold Dust West Casino, Siena Hotel Spa and Casino, Tamarack Junction Casino and the Eldorado Hotel Casino also located in Reno; the Crystal Bay Club Casino and Horizon Casino Resort in Lake Tahoe; Hobey's Casino in Sun Valley; Boomtown Hotel and Casino in Verdi; Carson Valley Casino in Minden; Silverado Casino in Fernly; Carson Station Hotel and Casino, Pinon Plaza Hotel and Casino in Carson City; Thirstbusters Casino in Henderson; Tuscany Suites and Casino in Las Vegas; and, Rail City Casino, Baldini's Sports Casino, and John Ascuaga's Nugget Casino Resort in Sparks.
