Cleveland tax collections rise after casino opening5 September 2012The Plain Dealer reports that revenue from admissions, car rental, hotel and parking taxes was up 6 to 9 percent in June, the Horseshoe Casino Cleveland's first full month of operation, when compared with the same month in 2011. The increase totaled nearly $1.2 million, the Plain Dealer report states. |
