Cleveland: Casino to break ground in 2011

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A new casino should break ground next year in Cleveland, The News Herald reported.

First though Rock Gaming need to conclude a developer and operator agreement with Harrah's Entertainment, the report said.

Harrah's and Rock Gaming have agreed to form a joint venture to operate casinos in both Cleveland and Cincinnati, the News Herald said.
