Cleo at SLS Las Vegas to host Mother's Day buffet1 May 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- Nothing shows Mom just how jazzy she is more than taking her to Cleo at SLS Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. The award-winning restaurant invites guests to celebrate Mother’s Day by enjoying buffet-style menus of delectable fare. Guests can enjoy brunch and live jazz music from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. before the restaurant switches over to a lunch and dinner menu from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. The $55 buffet menu includes bottomless champagne, mimosas and Bloody Marys during brunch and rosé champagne and red and white sangria during lunch and dinner. The family-friendly Mother’s Day affair allows children ages three to 10 to dine for $10. The all-day menu will feature a selection of chilled shellfish including snow crab legs, shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell and smoked salmon; a carving station serving herb-crusted prime rib, fig-and-balsamic-laced pork tenderloin and roasted salmon fillet with brown sugar and stone mustard glaze; and a made-to-order candy station. Beginning at 2 p.m., guests can also partake in mushroom, merguez and roman flatbreads; a variety of Cleo favorites including quinoa & roasted vegetables, brussels sprout hearts, Moroccan fried chicken and chicken tagine; signature desserts including baklava and citrus olive oil cake; and much more. Known for its striking pyramid-shaped entrance, open kitchen and brick-covered oven, Cleo transports guests into an enlivening atmosphere filled with intoxicating aromas. The one-of-a-kind restaurant features a dramatic pitched roof, Moroccan tiles and chandeliers, white marble counters and emerald-green curtains to create the warm elegance, for which it is renowned. |
