Cleo at SLS Las Vegas to host Easter Brunch11 April 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- Cleo at SLS Las Vegas Hotel & Casino will host a very special Easter brunch on Sunday, 21 April. The award-winning restaurant invites guests to celebrate the spring holiday by enjoying a menu of seasonally inspired fare served buffet-style from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., when a live jazz band will perform. The $55 buffet menu includes bottomless champagne, mimosas and bloody marys, while for an additional $30 per person, revelers can upgrade to bottomless Dom Pérignon. The family-friendly brunch allows children ages three to 10 to dine for $10. In addition to delicious libations, the dining destination will offer up a selection of chilled shellfish including snow crab legs, shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell and smoked salmon; a carving station serving herb-crusted prime rib, fig-and-balsamic-laced pork tenderloin and roasted salmon fillet with brown sugar and stone mustard glaze; made-to-order omelet, crêpe and candy stations; and, much more. Known for its striking pyramid-shaped entrance, open kitchen and brick-covered oven, Cleo transports guests into an enlivening atmosphere filled with intoxicating aromas.
