Clearwater River Casino and Lodge will reopen doors on 22 May

20 May 2020

Clearwater River Casino & Lodge announced it will be reopening its doors this Friday, 22 May. Deep cleaning and preventative measures have been executed for the safety of guests and employees.

"We are pleased to announce that we will be opening our doors May 22nd, 2020. While we understand that the threat of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is not completely exhausted, we are ecstatic to open our doors to the public once more!

During the closure, we performed deep cleaning and preventative measures to our facility for the continued safety and well-being of our customers.

We have shampooed our carpets and cleaned our HVAC system thoroughly as well as installed new smoke scrubbers and filters. We will also have hand sanitizer available throughout the facility.

As for our loyal customers and Player’s Club members, we will be honoring the birthday EPC for those who have had a birthday in the month of March and April. Wampum for the months missed will not be added, but players will not be moved down in the tiers based on play from the previous two months. If you have questions or concerns regarding this, we would be happy to help.

The following self-regulating policies will apply to all patrons and employees:
  • No smoking in the building for the time being – designated areas outside available
  • If you are sick, stay home.
  • Practice social distancing whenever possible.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough. Throw used tissues away.
  • Avoid touching your eyes and face.
  • Wash hands regularly with soap and water.
  • If soap and water is unavailable, use CDC-approved hand sanitizer.
  • Call attention to staff if there are areas of the facility that need attention to cleaning.
  • If you have recently traveled, stay home for a minimum of 14 days.
Face Masks Available. The Centers for Disease Control recommends wearing face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain. We are providing free face masks and gloves to our staff and customers. See the staff if you would like a free face mask or gloves. Note that these items are not meant to provide complete protection from the spread of COVID-19, but are an additional safety measure to help in reducing the spread of the virus.

Finally, we want customers to know that if they patronize our gaming facilities, you enter at your own risk. We have taken as many safety measures as possible, but the risk of COVID-19 spreading from a variety of sources will remain for months to come. We look forward to serving you."
