Classic rock legend Foreigner to perform at Kansas Star Arena

19 October 2016

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Foreigner will bring 40 years of its iconic hits to Kansas Star Arena on Friday, 31 March, 2017.

Foreigner burst onto the music scene in the late 1970s with the release of their self-titled debut album that featured hit singles "Cold as Ice" and "Feels Like the First Time." The album peaked at #4 on the charts and sold more than 5 million copies in the U.S. The group followed it up with the release of their 1978 album entitled "Double Vision." The title track, as well as the smash hit “Hot Blooded,” both charted in the Top 10 and the album went on to earn 7x-Platinum designation.

Foreigner continued to release hit after hit as the years went on, including the chart-topping singles "Urgent," "I Want to Know What Love Is" and "Waiting for a Girl like You." Since 1977, Foreigner has sold more than 80 million albums worldwide.

The show begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets on sale now. Tickets start at $35 and can be purchased at the Kansas Star Casino website. Guests must be 21 or older to attend.
