City can't regulate video lottery, court says23 September 2011SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota -- The City of Sioux Falls will no longer be able to regulate the video lottery business the Supreme Court ruled, according to a KSFY ABC News report. The challenge was mounted by casino owner Rick Law, the report said. The City of Sioux Falls had attempted to limit with zoning restrictions where Rick Law could operate a casino, KSFY ABC News reported. |
