Cincinnati casino opening delayed

CINCINNATI, Ohio -- Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati's opening has been delayed until 2013, according to
the Business Courier.

Originally Rock Ohio Caesars had suggested it would open in late 2012, the report said.

However, delays are due in part to regulation challenges, as Gov. John Kasich seeks to negotiate more taxes and licensing fees from the casino developers, The Business Courier reported.
