(PRESS RELEASE) -- Churchill Downs Incorporated announced today that the Company closed on the sale of 49% of United Tote Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CDI, to NYRA Content Management Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of the New York Racing Association, Inc.
