Chuck Nice brings comedy show to Rivers Casino Philadelphia22 September 2021(PRESS RELEASE) -- Rivers Casino Philadelphia’s Comedy Series continues when Philly native Chuck Nice brings his hilarious stand-up performance to The Event Center on Thursday, 18 November, starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale now for $20 and can be purchased at RiversCasino.com/Philadelphia or at NightOut.com. Nice’s storytelling brand of comedy and amusing punch lines will make for an exciting comedy show on Delaware Avenue. Nice’s performance is part of the casino’s entertaining and ongoing comedy lineup. "We can’t wait for another Philly-born comedian to perform in The Event Center this November," said Justin Moore, general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia. "Chuck Nice’s quick wit and humorous observations will make for an entertaining evening for all of our comedy fans." Performing for nearly two decades, Nice is a comedy veteran who not only brings his stand-up comedy performances to fans all around the country, but also has been bringing comedic relief to New York’s airwaves on "The Radiochick Show." He’s also a co-host of the "StarTalk Radio" show with Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson, where he provides humorous commentary on science. Nice has been featured on TV shows such as VH1’s "Best Week Ever" and truTV’s "World’s Dumbest," and in the movie "The Week Of" with Adam Sandler and Chris Rock. Nice’s television appearances don’t end there—he hosted "Buy Like a Mega Millionaire" and "Home Strange Home" on HGTV, and is a regular contributor on the "Today Show." He even guest hosted Joy Behar’s "Say Anything" and "The View." Whether he’s on stage, the radio or TV, Nice continues to share his entertaining comedic point of view and stories with thousands of fans. Other upcoming performances in The Event Center includes comedians Eleanor Kerrigan and Jimmy Shubert on Thursday, 21 October, at 8 p.m.; jazz performers and Norman Brown and Euge Groove on Friday, 22 October, at 8 p.m.; and rock bands Great White and Slaughter on Friday, 29 October, at 8 p.m. Tickets for all shows and more information are available at RiversCasino.com/Philadelphia.
