Choctaw Casino Resort - Durant hosts Choctaw Poker Series6 April 2017(PRESS RELEASE) -- Choctaw Casino Resort - Durant will host the 2nd annual Choctaw Poker Series tournament from 6 April to 23 April. Players will have the chance to enter 73 different events. The main event will be televised on the CBS Sports series Poker Night in America from 21-24 April, and players will have the opportunity to win the guaranteed million-dollar prize. Buy-ins for the events vary from $50 to $3,000. "This is the second year we have partnered with Poker Night in America to close out our spring tournament," said Jodi Pestka, marketing director for Choctaw Casino Resort. "This is one of the few times local and regional players get the opportunity to play for a national televised live circuit against other poker professionals and celebrities. We look forward to another fun and exciting tournament." The hotel and casino complex features as many as 4,100 slot machines, 60 table games and a private poker lounge with 30 poker tables located on its own exclusive floor.
