Chinese Officials Seize Gambling CDs

BEIJING, China – As reported by the Press Trust of India: "Ahead of the holiday season, customs officials here seized 3,544 CDs used for international online gambling in three cases this month.

"The CDs contain eight kinds of games and the users could join in the online gambling simply by entering the website and downloading the process.

"…Sources said the smugglers wanted to cash in on the coming festivals like Christmas, New Year's Day and the spring festival, when people tend to spend more time on the internet."
