Cheese Meet Wine debuts all-day menu at Encore Boston Harbor29 August 2025(PRESS RELEASE) -- Cheese Meet Wine, the stylish café and wine bar located within Encore Boston Harbor, has unveiled a refreshed all-day menu featuring elevated sandwiches, seasonal salads, charcuterie-forward snacks and a thoughtfully selected wine list. Since opening in 2021 in the space formerly home to The Oyster Bar, Cheese Meet Wine has evolved into a distinct dining destination, welcoming both hotel guests and locals with its approachable charm, elegant ambiance and come-as-you-are atmosphere. With a focus on convenience and comfort, the new menu includes dishes perfect for a quick bite or leisurely meal including: - The Italian Wich - hot capicola, sweet soppressata, mortadella, hot pepper spread, parmesan aioli, pickled onions, and tomato on sesame loaf - Truffle Grilled Cheese – with gruyère, caramelized onions, and pecorino tartufo - CMW Club Sandwich – oven roasted turkey, tomato, lettuce, cheddar cheese, applewood smoked bacon and herb aioli on rustic sourdough - Smoked Salmon Platter – served with tomato, pickled onions, capers, scallion cream cheese and choice of bagel - The Chef's Box – featuring a mini–Italian Wich sandwich, 24-month aged Prosciutto di Parma, Bourbon & Bacon Salami, Cabot Clothbound Aged Cheddar, Midnight Moon Cheese, Smoked Gouda, Parmesan, lavash crisps, dried apricot, pickled onions, and grain mustard Additionally, Sunrise at Cheese Meet Wine allows guests to start their morning with irresistible pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and lighter fare options. Cheese Meet Wine's full menu is available from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Sunrise at Cheese Meet Wine is open from 7 a.m.– 12:00 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday and 7 a.m. – 11 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. |
