Charles Town Races Expansion Approved

WEST VIRGINIA – As reported by the Thoroughbred Times: "A $25-million expansion project at Charles Town Races received unanimous approval from the Jefferson County Planning Commission on Tuesday, paving the way for a new parking garage and office space at the track in Charles Town, West Virginia.

"Charles Town Races completed a $54-million expansion last year, and that included a 1,500-space parking garage, but track President Jim Buchanan said that garage is often full on Saturdays…"
