Charitable Gambling Association feel used18 October 2010VANCOUVER, B.C -- BC Charities and non-profit associations feel used by the provincial government, according to News 1130. The charities say the government used them as justificiation to expand gambling and they have not seen the revenue benefit of it, the report said. The BC Association for Charitable Gaming has asked Vancouver City Council not to review gaming applications until the government delivers on the 1999 agreement, News 1130 reported.
