Charges dropped against Joe Francis14 September 2011LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- A Nevada court has ruled in favour of Joe Francis (Founder of Girls Gone Wild) in case taken against him by Wynn Las Vegas, TMZ reported. The case revolves around an alleged unpaid $2.5 million gambling marker, the report said. The case against Joe Francis will not proceed because there was insufficient evidence to support that he "intended to default on the marker"", TMZ reported. |
