Century Casinos reopens two Colorado properties18 June 2020(PRESS RELEASE) -- Century Casinos, Inc. announced today that operations at Century Casino Cripple Creek resumed on 15 June 2020 and at Century Casino & Hotel Central City on 17 June 2020. Prior to reopening, Century Casinos implemented comprehensive and Colorado specific safety and social distancing protocols at the properties.
