Century Casinos reopen all casinos in Alberta10 June 2021(PRESS RELEASE) -- Century Casinos, Inc. announced that operations at Century Casino Edmonton, Century Casino St. Albert, Century Mile Racetrack and Casino, Century Downs Racetrack and Casino and Century Sports Calgary reopened on 10 June 2021. Casinos throughout Alberta were closed on 13 December 2020 to comply with a quarantine imposed by the Alberta government to contain the spread of COVID-19. The regulation lifting the lockdown for casinos includes social distancing practices and enhanced health and safety protocols based on Alberta Health Services guidelines. Details about these measures are available in the COVID-19 section of the properties’ websites. There is no assurance that the Alberta government will not require additional closures in the future. The Company’s US and Polish casinos are open. In the future, if there is a change in the status of the Company’s casinos, the Company will post the information on its website at www.cnty.com and via a current report on Form 8-K and also will report the current status of its casinos in its quarterly and annual reports on Form 10-Q and Form 10-K. |
