Casino to Honor Kerry Packer

AUSTRALIA – As reported by the Australia Age: "Crown Casino will observe a minute's silence in honour of the late Kerry Packer, whose company, owns the casino, but punters won't be forced to stop gambling.

"The tribute will coincide with Mr Packer's state memorial service in Sydney on Friday, February 17.

"Crown spokesman Gary O'Neill said the decision to observe a minute's silence was made at the urging of customers and staff.

"…Mr O'Neill said hundreds of people had already signed a condolence book at Crown…"
