Casino sues British government donor over bounced cheques

LONDON, England -- Clermont Casino is suing a Conservative party donor over alleged bounced cheques, The Daily Mail reported.

Pierre Rolin, 56, is alleged to have written cheques for gaming chips he did not have the funds to cover, The Daily Mail report said.

Mr Rolin has donated $88,000 to the Conservative Party, the report noted.

The Clermont is now seeking to recover the money with interest through high court action, the Daily Mail reported.
