Casino Probed Over Prostitutes Claim

AUSTRALIA – As reported by the Australian: "Victoria's gaming watchdog will probe Crown casino after staff were caught getting a prostitute for a high roller.

"The watchdog vowed yesterday to examine the extent of the practice.

"…The Victorian Casino and Gaming Authority has the power to fine Crown up to $1 million if it finds the gaming giant's sex service - while legal - is in breach of regulations.

"…Evidence of the sex service at Crown emerged during a police investigation into allegations made by a high roller who was allegedly robbed.

"Prostitute Michelle Taylor, 20, has been charged with stealing the Chinese-born gambler's Patek Philippe watch, studded with 580 diamonds and worth $1.5 million.

"Police learned a Mahogany Room executive host and a Crown limousine driver took the gambler brothel-crawling before returning to Crown Towers with his chosen prostitute.

"…A legal source told the Herald Sun a Mahogany Room manager asked a VIP room executive host to organise a prostitute for the high roller in January…"
