Casino Industry Lawyer Nominated for Judgeship27 September 2006NEW JERSEY -- As reported by the Star-Ledger: "A long-time casino industry attorney is among four people nominated yesterday by Gov. Jon Corzine for state judgeships. Mark Sandson, 55, of Linwood, would become a Superior Court judge in Atlantic County if the Senate Judiciary Committee and full Senate confirm his nomination. "Sandson, who declined to comment, did confirm he has been attorney to the Casino Association of New Jersey for the past five years and has represented most of Atlantic City's 12 casinos in legal matters during a three-decade career as a lawyer..." |
