Casino foe steps down21 September 2007BUFFALO, New York -- As reported by the Buffalo News: "Joseph M. Finnerty, the Buffalo attorney who has helped shepherd the fight against the Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino, is stepping down as lead counsel for casino opponents Citizens for a Better Buffalo. "Finnerty said Wednesday he is leaving the position because he will be joining a law firm to head up its new specialty in First Amendment issues.
