Casino faces fine for unlicensed high rollers flight

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- The Borgata is facing a a $25,000 fine for flying high rollers from Canada on unlicensed flights, according to a National Post report.

The casino appealed the fine and the fine was halved but the casino contends it did not break rules, the report said.

However the Canadian Transportation Agency accuses the casino behaving like an airline with no license, according to the National Post report.
