Casino College opens another California school

6 March 2007

CALIFORNIA – (PRESS RELEASE) -- The Casino College recently opened their second Southern California Casino School on Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles. Due to the the area's high demand for trained casino dealers to work local card rooms & casinos as well as to fill positions in gambling meccas such as Las Vegas, Reno, Atlantic City, there was a large need to expand beyond the school's original Orange County (Southbay) campus.

"We're really excited to be opening our second school, and I'm sure students will be happy with the far shorter commute no matter where they are in Southern California", commented owner Jeff Goodman, going on to say "Casino Jobs are high paying, very flexible, and best of all fun, which explains the high amount of interest in casino dealing in recent years".

The Casino College is the area's largest Casino Dealer School, and has built a strong reputation in the area for quickly placing graduates in casino jobs. Both Casino School campuses offers training and job placement assistance for Poker (including the wildly popular Texas Hold'em & Omaha variations), Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow & Baccarat. Classes are taught hands-on using Casino Quality tables & equipment, and industry expert instructors with a broad range of experience working in casinos not only as dealers, but also Pit Bosses and Management. The Casino College caters to Southern California's diverse population by providing instruction in a wide range of languages. "We have instructors that can teach in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and of course English!" says Goodman. The school also strives to work around even the most demanding schedules by offering Day, Evening and Weekend course options that can be custom tailored to suit the student's needs.
