Casino Arizona Managers Back at Work

ARIZONA – As reported by the Arizona Republic: "Seven of nine top managers at Casino Arizona, including President and CEO Jon Jenkins, will return to work Thursday, three months after they were put on paid leave for a casino administrative audit.

"The two other managers are expected to return after PricewaterhouseCoopers completes the audit involving their departments in about two weeks, said Jacob Moore, spokesman for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, which owns Casino Arizona and Casino Arizona at Talking Stick.

"…`The audit has found no wrongdoing and no compact violations,' Moore said.

"…The tribe `came through with flying colors' on the audit, Moore said.

"…The tribe said it launched the audit to review operations of its most successful business, not because it suspected wrongdoing…"
