Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort celebrate St. Pat's with dining specials23 February 2016(PRESS RELEASE) -- Foodies can don their favorite shade of green and head to Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort on St. Patrick’s Day. The two venues are offering an array of menu options and drink specials that will satisfy all palates on March 17. Bingo Hall at Casino Arizona: The Bingo Hall is offering a Guinness traditional stew featuring a slow roasted and beer-braised lamb shoulder with carrots, pearl onions and red potatoes. A tasty white chocolate mint mousse cake will be included as well. $8.50 Cholla Prime Steakhouse & Lounge at Casino Arizona: In addition to its regular menu, Cholla Prime Steakhouse & Lounge will offer a special prix fixe menu that will satisfy all tastes. Guests will start the meal with their choice of steamed mussels or a chopped iceberg salad. Pesto-rubbed lamb chops will serve as the main course and will include grilled lamb chops with sautéed cabbage, asparagus and bacon and whipped mashed chive potatoes. Dessert will include a white chocolate mint mousse cake. Prix Fixe $34 Eagles Buffet at Casino Arizona: Casino Arizona’s international buffet, Eagles Buffet will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with an array of dishes from 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Entrees include slow roasted lamb, dim sum, Irish stout chicken, deep fried fan tail shrimp, traditional corn beef and cabbage, lemon pepper red trout, black and tan onion rings, seasoned pork roast, pot of gold desserts, seasonal fresh fruits and whipped potatoes. Adults $10.50; children $8.95 Salt River Café at Casino Arizona: Visit Salt River Café and enjoy a traditional corn beef and cabbage meal. The dish includes steamed red potatoes tossed with garlic and parsley and a slice of soda bread. A fountain soda and white chocolate mousse cake will also accompany the meal. $8.95 Arizona Room Patio Grill at Casino Arizona: Guests can dine on a bangers and mash meal at Arizona Room Patio Grill. Served with golden brown pork sausage and gravy drizzle, the dish includes mashed potatoes, braised cabbage and sliced bacon. A corned beef torta with cabbage slaw, stout-tomato salsa and apple coleslaw will also be included on the menu, along with a margarita tart. Prix fixe $12 The Willows Restaurant at Casino Arizona: Willows Restaurant will offer a breakfast special from 6 - 11 a.m. It will include a corn beef and egg skillet and a choice of toast for $7.75. Kicking off 11 a.m., the restaurant’s dinner special will feature a corned beef dinner for $10.95, loaded baked potato for $3.25 and scrumptious grasshopper pie for just $3. Drink Deals at Talking Stick Resort: Restaurants and bars located on Talking Stick Resort’s casino floor and atrium are celebrating with cocktail specials from morning to night. Jameson and Bushmill Irish Whisky will be available for $6 and Guinness Draught will be available for $5. Blue Coyote Café at Talking Stick Resort: Sample the restaurant’s special menu from 11 a.m.- 11 p.m. Select a house salad or Guinness onion soup with cheddar cheese crostini. Follow up the appetizer with a Shepard’s pie. The main course includes a traditional ground lamb stew, mashed potatoes and soda bread, while a Bailey’s Oreo cheesecake trifle will serve as dessert. $11.95 Wandering Horse Buffet at Talking Stick Resort: Wandering Horse Buffet is offering various entrees on St. Patrick’s Day! The lunch special will feature slow roasted corned beef brisket, honey mustard roasted turkey breast, grilled minted salmon, spinach tortilla chicken quesadillas, a basil cream cheese chicken pasta casserole and a wide selection of pastries. The dinner special will include a slow cooked corned beef brisket, lemon herb marinated salmon, cilantro and poblano marinated shrimp fajitas, steamed clams and mussels, baked garlic chicken and Irish Whisky marinated Sirloin steaks. Pricing varies. Black Fig Coffee & Bistro at Talking Stick Resort: Enjoy a grilled cheese and corned beef Cuban sandwich special at Black Fig Coffee & Bistro. The main dish will include sliced Cuban roasted pork, Swiss cheese, a corned beef brisket, a pressed and grilled Telera roll and a choice of sides. $9.75 ARENA Poker Room at Talking Stick Resort: The ARENA Poker Room is celebrating the holiday with a special menu served from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Start your meal with a potato leek soup followed by a Guinness beef stew. The main entree will include apple mashed potatoes and Irish soda bread. A mint chocolate chip cupcake will serve as dessert. $10 |
