Casino Arizona adds high-limit games

ARIZONA -- As reported by the Arizona Republic: "While one of Casino Arizona's operations goes high-rise, the other is going for a high-limit.

"Crews are busy erecting concrete and steel 15 stories skyward near Casino Arizona's first facility, northeast of Loop 101 and Indian Bend Road.

"But at the operation's casino northeast of Loop 101 and McKellips Road, a new and expanded high-limit game room opened Thursday.

"It is housed in a room with 95 slot machines that can be played for as high as $25 a pop, and three Blackjack tables with bets as high as $500.

"...The expansion was part of a yearlong planning process for the casino, which is owned by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.

"As expansion of the high-limit room began, machines occupying the room were moved to a temporary location across the casino..."
