23 June 2004

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Carnegie Cooke and Co., Inc. (OTC: CGKY) announces a strategic alliance with Electrocoin Automatics Limited, a leading manufacturer and distributor of gaming equipment in the U.K.

Carnegie Cooke, through its London-based subsidiary, Carnegie Cooke, Ltd., has established a strategic alliance with Electrocoin Automatics Limited to manufacture and distribute gaming equipment throughout the United Kingdom. Electrocoin, a licensed slot and amusement machine manufacturer, has agreed to assist Carnegie Cooke to enter the UK gaming industry through the co-production of gaming machinery using technology developed by Carnegie Cooke's subsidiary, Netbooth, Inc., that will allow Carnegie Cooke to become a licensed gaming operator throughout the UK. John Stergides, co-owner and co-founder of the Electrocoin group will assist Carnegie Cooke management in further deployment of gaming equipment throughout Europe. Carnegie Cooke Ltd. has applied for a gaming license in the UK and has been advised that approval should take no more than 120 days.

Founded in 1977, the Electrocoin group is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of video games and slot (AWP) machines with sales exceeding US$55 million a year. It has a fair share of the UK and EU market and good penetration in Eastern Europe. Mr. Stergides has been in the gaming manufacturing industry for nearly thirty years and is among one of the most respected participants in this field.
