The nine-tournament series will be highlighted by the $1,100 no-limit hold’em main event to be held Dec. 13-16. The series will begin with a $345 no-limit hold’em $100,000 guarantee tournament Dec. 5 and conclude with a $125 no-limit hold’em with bounties tournament Dec. 15. Satellites to the main event will also be offered with buy-ins ranging from $65 to $220. The top 10 players will split $26,000 upon the completion of the series with $10,000 going to the first place finisher. Points will be awarded based on an algorithm that factors in buy-in and field size for all players who play in any of the nine CPPT tournaments and satellites. The fifth- through 10th-place players will each receive $1,000. One percent of the total prizepool from each tournament will be held as a contribution to the Player of the Series. All players will receive points for playing in any event and players who finish in the top 10 percent of the field will receive additional points based on final position. After Palm Beach Kennel Club, located in West Palm Beach, Florida, the tour will stop at Foxwoods Resort Casino & MGM Grand at Foxwoods in Mashantucket, Connecticut and Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa in Reno, Nevada.
