Canadian Purse-snatching suspect arrested5 February 2007BRITISH COLUMBIA, Canada -- As reported by the Richmond Review: "An arrest has been made in connection with the purse snatching of a casino patron last week. "On Jan. 23, around 1 a.m., a 48-year-old woman who was carrying thousands of dollars in cash was accosted by a heavy-set man wearing dark clothes and a baseball cap. "...Richmond RCMP Cpl.
