Canadian Company Backs Washington State Gambling Bill

VANCOUVER, British Columbia – As reported by the CBC: "The Great Canadian Gaming Corporation is backing an initiative to allow the expansion of slot machines in Washington state.

"Great Canadian is the parent company of four wholly-owned subsidiary casinos across the border.

"It's helping fund a campaign to change state legislation which would allow slot machines in bars, restaurants and bowling alleys.

"Initiative 892 could be considered by Washington voters this fall…"
