California Casino Put on Hold

HESPERIA, California – As reported by the Associated Press: "The construction of a Hesperia casino will be set back months because an agreement between the city and tribal officials doesn't meet the state's environmental laws.

"That's according to a judge's ruling yesterday.

"The city will have to negotiate a new agreement with the Timbisha Shoshone tribe and complete an environmental impact report…"
