Caesars to Light Up Atlantic City

2 November 2005

ATLANTIC CITY – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Atlantic Pier Associates, LLC, a development corporation comprised of Gordon Group Holdings, LLC and Taubman Centers, Inc., which is developing The Pier at Caesars, today announced a partnership with Clear Channel Spectacolor. The partnership plans to build and maintain high-tech outdoor signage onto the luxury retail, dining and entertainment complex.

The affiliation will result in the development of integrated media partnerships with corporate marketers, including approximately 70,000 square feet of Times Square-style "Spectacular" advertising from the Boardwalk to the beach, making it what is sure to become the signature landmark of Atlantic City.

Located on the 50-yard line of the boardwalk, The Pier at Caesars is a luxury retail, dining and entertainment complex, with a roster of elite retailers already lined up. It is scheduled to open in 2006.

The exterior of The Pier's structure will feature 17 sign locations that are capable of supporting state-of-the-art outdoor advertising elements such as LED screens, customized neon and back-lit graphics.

Both parties involved believe this union will be the spark that draws world-class advertisers to Atlantic City.

Scott Gordon, president and director of development of Gordon Group says, "Clear Channel Spectacolor's thrilling outdoor signage will add significant value to our property."

"This project will bring the excitement and energy that are the hallmarks of Times Square to this region," said Michael Forte, president and chief executive officer of Clear Channel Spectacolor. "With this extraordinary volume of signage, the equivalent of three entire buildings in Times Square, this is a high-profile project that will allow us to embed clients into a truly unique marketing environment in a burgeoning marketplace."
