Cache Creek Casino Resort closes after system outage

20 September 2020

Cache Creek Casino Resort is having to temporarily shut down due to a system outage. The California property posted the below message on its website:

"Due to an unforeseen systems infrastructure failure, Cache Creek Casino Resort is unable to operate fully at this time. We have made the unfortunate, but necessary decision to close the resort as of 7:00pm on Sunday, September 20, 2020. The Yocha Dehe Golf Club is unaffected and remains open.

Our priority is to provide a quality guest experience. The Yocha Dehe Golf Course remains open. While we do not have an anticipated reopening date at this time, we will update our social media pages and website as soon as we are able to resume operations. The Cache Creek Casino Resort management team is grateful for the patience of our valued guests and employees.

Cache Creek Casino Resort is experiencing a widespread system outage. The outage began at 3:30am on 9/20/2020 and remains problematic. The technical teams are working to identify the issue and to implement a resolution. In the meantime, guests are discouraged from visiting the property as all systems are currently impacted by this outage."
