Cabo Wabo Cantina celebrates St. Patrick's Day12 February 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will bring the luck on St. Patrick’s Day with special Irish dishes and sham-rockin’ Strip-side patio parties. Executive Chef Tacho Kneeland has created dishes, available exclusively from Friday, March 15 through Sunday, March 17, using a combination of Mexican and Irish ingredients, including the Torta de Rueben, made with corned beef, pepper jack cheese, Russian dressing spread and sauerkraut on bolillo bread, served with fries, priced at $16.95; and a corned beef quesadilla with Oaxaca cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing spread on a flour tortilla, served with rice, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream, priced at $19.95. Cabo Wabo will host parties on the outdoor patio overlooking the Strip, featured by a DJ on Saturday, 16 March and Sunday, 17 March from noon until 3 a.m. In honor of the St. Patrick’s Day, all draft beers will be served green on Sunday, 17 March, with prices starting at $7. |
