BRUSSELS -- bwin.party's has partnered with Belgium's Belacasinos giving the company a presence in Belguim, Reuters reported.

bwin party have been engaged in a licence dispute with Belguim, the report said.

This new partnership means the company has met one requirement towards obtaining an online gaming licence in the country, the Reuters report said.
