Buy out will not proceed until decision on court review15 February 2016ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- The ongoing saga of the Trump Taj Mahal bankruptcy now faces another challenge, according to the Press of Atlantic City. The company, due to take over the casino, will not go ahead until the Union Local 54 settles whether it intends to challenge their dismissed pensions and health benefits court battle, the report said. The Supreme Court could also refuse to review the case, which would settle it finally, the Press of Atlantic City report explained. |
