Business As Usual at Borgata

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa would like the public to know that Borgata remains unaffected by the HERE Local 54 Strike, which began Friday, October 1, at other Atlantic City casinos. Business at Borgata is being conducted as usual. In December 2003, Borgata signed a separate contract with HERE Local 54, which does not expire until September 2007.

Borgata is a joint venture of Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD) and MGM MIRAGE (NYSE: MGG). Located at Renaissance Pointe in Atlantic City, it features 2,000 guest rooms and suites, 125,000 square feet of gaming, 163 gaming tables, 3,600 slot machines, 11 destination restaurants, 11 retail boutiques, a 50,000 square foot spa, 70,000 square feet of event space, and parking for 7,100 cars.
