Breeders' Cup to host seminar in Las Vegas23 October 2018(PRESS RELEASE) -- Back by popular demand, professional handicapper Bob Ike returns to Rampart Casino Resort at Summerlin to share with racing fans the ins and outs of betting. Ike has been a leading public handicapper since 1985, where he also shares his expertise as a radio host and on his website. Ike will be joined by Race & Sports Manager Duane Colucci for a seminar where guests are encouraged to interact with the hosts and ask their most curious questions about one of the largest race weekends of the year. What first began as a way to have a North American championship race to close the year, for horse racing enthusiasts, has become one of the best racing days of the year! The Breeders’ Cup has been an annual event since 1984 when it featured a full day of racing, and since 2007 when it began to bring two days of horse racing action to race fans around the world. There are nine main Breeders’ Cup races this year at Churchill Downs that Ike and Colucci will prepare bettors for in this educational, handicapping seminar. Guests will find out what goes into handicapping and betting on horse races, from reviewing key elements of the most buzzed about horses and full rundowns of those frontrunners, to reviewing betting strategies and overall insight into Saturday’s main races.
