Brattander named VP of Food and Beverage at Hard Rock in Atlantic City

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Atlantic City has named Peter Brattander as Vice President of Food and Beverage. Brattander will report directly to Hard Rock Atlantic City President George Goldhoff and will provide leadership to ensure Hard Rock’s food and beverage operations continue delivering consistent high levels of guest service and product quality.

Brattander brings a distinguished career in food and beverage leadership to Hard Rock. He most recently served as Director of Food and Beverage at Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Florida.

“We are very excited to welcome Peter to the Hard Rock Atlantic City team,” said Goldhoff. “Peter’s extensive experience in the hospitality industry will take our award-winning food and beverage offerings and restaurants at our casino resort to the next level.”

Brattander also brings his prestigious food and beverage credentials in the Las Vegas casino industry, where he previously served as Director of Food and Beverage at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas, MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas and The Mirage Hotel & Casino.

Brattander has been integral to the L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon restaurants, with multiple locations around the globe, as well as Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak at The Mirage Hotel & Casino. He has managed restaurants for Thomas Keller and Michael Mina and partnered with celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson at Aquavit in New York, NY.

A native of Sweden, where he studied finance and marketing, Brattander enjoys spending time with his son. He is active in environmental initiatives and previously served as chairman of several green committees. He is also a supporter of mentorship and leadership development programs.
